This is the worst Carls Jr. location I’ve ever been too. My poor husband loves Carl’s Jr. so we go to different locations whenever we run into them unfortunately. They have a poster on the window advertising free kids meals with a purchase of an adult combo meal on Tuesdays. Well today is Tuesday and guess what? They said it’s not true, HELLO TAKE DOWN THE POSTER THEN??? Second, they are all out of ICE inside the store and in drive thru I guess? THIRDLY- THEY DONT HAVE RANCH??? THEYRE OUT OF RANCH AND HANDED ME A SPICY RANCH. This pregnant lady is NOT happy.

Absolutely despicable. My son had a wrestling match today and had to stay later after their Team was done. He walked from Bountiful High down to this location. He was hungry and looking for something good to replenish himself grim the event. He tried to order burger meals and was told by the cashier that they didn't have anything but some breakfast sandwich. Being hungry he accepted the offer. While waiting, 2 ladies came in and ordered several different burger meals. The cashier kept asking them if they wanted anything else after each item and this took my son by surprise as he was told there

I don’t write reviews very often, but the person taking order was super rude and unhelpful. Buzzcut redishbrown hair younger guy. Food was pretty good but no ketchup. Poor customer service is what stuck out the most.
