I had the distinct displeasure of visiting this location for what I thought would be a simple transaction. I was wrong. After placing my order at the drive-thru speaker—which, by the way, sounded like a cat being electrocuted in a static storm during a Category 5 hurricane next to 200 West—I attempted to confirm my order because I couldn’t hear a single word. Shocking, I know. When I pointed out that the order was incorrect, the employee’s response was to blame me. Me. The person in a car trying to decipher instructions through what I can only describe as two tin cans connected by a rusty wire

I had an amazing experience at this Del Taco location! From start to finish, everything was great. I went through the drive thru, and I was so impressed with how quickly my food came out it was ready in no time. The team was friendly and efficient. I had a few special requests, and not only were they followed, but they were executed perfectly. The food itself was great. Overall I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quick and accurate service.

Not a fan of the self service kiosk, and you can tell some older generations really struggle with it. It's the direction things are going though. The kiosk let's you order items that aren't available on a given day, then at check out stops you to make a change, but it only tells you the first thing it finds. If you have 5 things in your order that aren't available, you have to go through the corrections, including adding in your information, five different times. Not a very efficient ordering system. You have to walk across the drive through to enter the store.

Me and my family have been coming to this del taco for years. Today we ordered several food items and we only got HALF of our order. The staff at the restaurant was not at all willing to check with me at the window if we got our entire order correct. Unacceptable. I expect better.
