Decent place now, staff is good now and service is good now. But around 2015-2017 , somewhere in that timeframe they had an employee that would intentionally make orders incorrectly. That would cost the business money as other employees keep having to remake orders, and that was a safety issue for people with allergies. I hope management handled that problem causing employee. After that issue, I've only been here like 3 times ever since, and each time was decent so it seems that issue no longer exists here but still other sub shops are much better

I ordered a Cuban with peppers from Potbelly, but was initially given the wrong sandwich. Once I got the correct order, it turned out to be overwhelmingly spicy—there was about a 1/4” thick layer of jalapeños peppers in the sandwich. It completely overpowered the flavor and made it hard to enjoy. A better balance and more attention to getting the order right would’ve made a big difference. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.

First time and I love it, the customer services was great, people with a big smile and very nice. The atmosphere is great, everything clean and good looking. The sandwiches are very tasty and jummy, and they were toasted l, I really like it. Recommended.

So I have eaten at this PotBelly location on numerous occasions and I have always had an excellent sandwich. Today, not only was it not the size that I paid for but this was the most lackluster, tasteless sandwich.
