I'm sure this is not policy to stack boxes of items that should be refrigerated and have them on the floor for who knows how long. The whole isle was full of milk and cheese products. This is a liability if I ever saw one. Even if these items were to be discarded, which I doubt since one of the employees can be seen taking boxes off the cart and placing them onto the floor. I thought this was SAFEway. I'm sending an email to corporate. Hopefully they can help because you can't tell me the store manager wasn't aware this was being done.

When I visited Safeway today, I was very disappointed with the experience. First, some of the fruits on display were clearly in poor condition. You could tell several had been touched repeatedly, some were rotten, and others even had visible mold on them. This already made me question the store’s attention to quality. In addition, when I went to use the restroom for the first time at this location (the Safeway I normally shop at), I was shocked at how dirty and neglected it was. I had the absolute worst experience. The customer service rep named Nicole, or at least that’s what I was told, was having a personal conversation with someone by the lottery machine. I stood there and when the lady finally told her that I was right there, she asked me what I needed and when I told her I was there to pick up my items she proceeded to say to go stand by the red wall and went back to her PERSONAL conversation. I went by the wall and a cashier asked if someone was over there, I told her no and said that the csr was busy having a personal conversation and she turned around told me

Taniya definitely did not want to be there in 2.15.26. It's hard to help customers without opening your mouth. I felt extra bad for the elder lady. She was trying to be nice to her and her response was sad. I'm old school & we're taught to respect your elders. Also, she put my items on top of a little box after she threw it away. I was using it for items but had she asked me, I would have told her, put my items in a box. The way she put it in there, it didn't fit so it could've fell to the ground. Do better Safeway especially whem I travel to Bowie for good service. Guy at customer service
