The food quality, at this location has gone down tremendously The preparation and the flavor of my meals during recent visits is not a good reflection of the Panera Bread franchise. My last visit here was to-go and there was an evidently a lack of quality preparation, hardly no toppings on my salad, a chicken salad sandwich that had no flavor and an underwhelming portion given. Not enough to even fill one side of the bread. When ordering the same selections at other locations I had a much better experience.

I don’t know what position Terry holds, but she deserves manager supervisor position. She has topknots customer service skills, very friendly and welcoming. She should be training Panera bread and every region on customer service.

Marcus and Edgar were amazing. Professional, efficient and friendly service provided by both individuals. The restaurant was clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere! Another gentleman was there working, actively back and forth behind the counter, didn’t get his name. Overall, an excellent experience in customer service! I had to leave a review.

Dirty place, look the bathroom picture. Careless and lazy young staff. Never will go there again. No matter how starving I could be!!!
