I wish I could leave zero stars. This is the most disgusting customer service from an employee and management all the same time over a simple side of extra cheese, which I paid for. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a Wendy’s. My partner, my friend, and I stopped in for lunch before heading to the beach. We placed our order at the drive thru and paid for extra cheese. The container was not secured properly, and the cheese spilled all over the inside of the bag. ⚠️ I was served a moldy breakfast sandwich ⚠️ Service gets a 1.7 out of 10. The staff at this location is beyond unprofessional. They are extremely rude and will treat you anyway that they like. Food gets a 1.3 out of 10. My order is wrong every... single... time. Plus you run the risk of being served moldy food as this is the second time this has occured to me at this location. The location gets a 2.3 out of 10. The restrooms are 🤢🤮, so be cautious when entering. But, the dining area is "okay"... not always clean or stocked. Please be careful!

Waited 10 minutes no one was there. But the door was open I walked in at 09:35am I saw a lady walk towards the back i call for her she kept walking like if I was not there. So at 09:45 am I left, very back service will never go there again.

Visited the Boynton location on Woolbright . Sharissa should not be in any customer service position. She was taking orders in the drive through and has a bad attitude, was barking at customers when taking orders. I watched her while waiting in the window and she made faces, rolled her eyes, scoffed and was short with her coworkers too. I have been served by much more pleasant people in Wendy’s drive through but today’s service left me feeling I would want to go back there. I got a packaged salad and that was great, luckily.
