I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience honestly rubbed me the wrong way. I ordered a large double shaken espresso with light ice from Dunkin', and while the drink itself was technically correct, the cup was only filled about 75% of the way. For a large drink, that’s pretty frustrating. When I got to the window, I asked the woman there who I recognized as the manager from a previous visit if she could just top it off with milk. It wasn’t a complicated request. Instead, she told me, “our machine premakes the drinks that way.” Okay… but that doesn’t really address the issue. I even cl

I went this morning to redeem my free iced coffee. What i got as shown in the image was trash. I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and caramel flavor but what I got was sweet tea with flavor. This store has gone down hill. I dont know what happened to the original crew that work there but the service now is horrible every time I go now nothing is correct. I had to go to Starbucks to get a good cup of coffee.PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! it's so disappointing that you spend you hard work money to get horrible service.

I’m so tired of coming to this Dunkin and paying an arm and a leg for food they refuse to make the proper way ! Every time I come to this location . They either give me cold snackin bacon when I clearly asked for it to be warmed or they just give me regular bacon!! I come to Dunkin every single night because I work late! You guys are too damn expensive to be not making the food how customers are requesting. Actually you’re too damn expensive to not make the item that’s one the menu properly.
