⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a big thank you to Michael at Jack in the Box for his amazing customer service! I was having issues with Google Wallet and also tried to order through the app, but it wasn’t working due to a power outage. Michael stayed calm, polite, and patient the entire time while helping me figure it out. What really stood out was his kindness — instead of making me wait, he offered me a free Munchie Meal out of his own! That level of generosity and care is rare these days. Michael truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Thank you again for your great service!

Took 10 minutes wait in the drive thru to start my order , ask for sprite and I tasted like water. The window lady ask me to park so they can get my food. Dont know if they are under staff but this place needs to do better on customer service

I was a customer of the drive-thru when I the guy with his nails painted was being rude and put half of what’s supposed to be in my order. He Didn’t say anything but hand the bag and slam the window. Jacks on the eastside used to be the best🤦🏽‍♂️this isn’t my first experience with rude employees.
