Chose this place for a bday lunch and everything was amazing. Lots of meat options, busy but not crowded, very clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Ethan was our server and he made us feel very welcome and looked after. Received a bday acknowledgement and piece of roll cake as well. Thank you Ethan and Wagyu Factory staff! My party and I had a lovely time and will definitely visit again!

Thursday dinner was $50 per person. 90 minute limit. All self served AYCE stations available with meats and seafood, vegetables, sushi and rolls, fried food and soda machine. The restaurant was much smaller than I expected and the layout was a little weird. I didn't like how the doors were open for a while, which is right near the sushi station. Flies were seen landing..which made you second guess what to eat. The meat qualities were extremely low grade. Some meats were completely frozen, all stuck together, making it hard to grab with tongs. The tongs were placed everywhere, not truly design

Service was exceptional. - They reused most of the stoves and equipments from the old store, Gyu-Kaku, so many were malfunctioning. We had ours turn off on its own every 10min or so, but the staff were super nice about fixing it. They were very apologetic and offered a small discount in the end. Food was so-so. - Fresh meat were of okay quality, but the marinated ones had quite a bit of inconsistencies. Some were too salty, and some didn't taste anything at all. - Meat were not exceptionally fresh or tasty, but acceptable for an ayce. - Selection of food items were okay. - Go early in the eve

Our first time to this location and Roman was great! We’ve been to other location and the self serve option is awesome. Not having to remember to order every couple of minutes on the iPad is way more efficient. I also like being able to see all the meats and we can grab one piece if we want to try rather than ordering a whole plate. All the meats we had were really good, I really liked the king oyster mushrooms! There are a bunch of sushi options, the lobster roll was good, the kids loved being able to grab all the fried items themselves. And drinks are included! They don’t have the earl grey
