I asked for liquid sugar as you can see on my order sticker, and I got 2 of these beverages made the same asking for liquid sugar. I wasn’t made aware they didn’t have it and didn’t notice until we were driving away… I get that some of the dunks don’t have the liquid sugar and that’s fine. Just kinda wanted to be aware of what I was consuming…

The manager this morning was absolutely horrendous. He was extremely rude to the other employees, talking down to them and saying things like, “Last time I checked, I’m the boss.” constantly knit picking every little thing. He was the only one yelling in front of customers and the store was packed. To make matters worse, he wasn’t even working; instead, he was with his kid and her mom, giving them all the free food they wanted. Tried the special edition Valentine donuts 🍩 in honor of the holiday. They were cute. Probably nothing I would order on a regular basis- I'm still a fan of the Boston cream and maple glazed - but fun to head to Dunkin Donuts for an early Valentine date with my husband. One thing that made the visit Jess then five star... They were out of the special winter coffee flavors.
