Girl at the counter was very nice, and one of the best Eggplant parms I've ever had! Popped that baby in the Airfryer for a few [email protected]. Eggplant was nice,sliced thin, a generous layer of it not soggy or over sauced, then sauce and mozzarella layed atop it all, resting in toasty Italian bread!! Excellent!! Yeah Yo!! ✌

Let me tell you every time I go to NJ i am so excited to eat here! I love love love this place! The food is always incredible and I will tell you I think this is the best Italian food I’ve ever had and I travel all over the place. I live in Wisconsin and I travel all over and I’m waiting all year to come back and eat here! I’m salivating and wanting to book my flight back just to have dinner there! Great secret spot in the Herbertsville community of north Brick Twp. The pizza is great, the Traditional keeps my daughter happy and the Chicken Bacon Ranch kept my son in line. The Lobster Ravioli got my wife all giddy with delight and the Philly Steak got me wanting more. With so many pizza places around, why try another. This one is worth checking out.
