Here's the thing. If you're going to hire workers who don't speak english, that's okay. Hopefully they learn someday. But they still have to get your order right. A half chicken with fried rice seems like a simple request but somehow I ended up with French Fries. Next time I will confirm ¿chaufa? Damn I really wanted that rice too.

I prefer not to comment in detail , but it’s sad the response you receive from the manager about a concern you had with food you just ordered.. 70 dollars later.. no more super pollo for my family

I just had this in Ridgewood Queens 3 days ago and it was amazing so I thought this location here would be the same and it was absolutely the opposite. I won't be coming back the chicken was way overdone and dry and when I went to pay the desserts had mold on them. 18 dollars thrown away. As much as I would have wanted too I would not recommend this place at all.

Rotisserie chicken was amazing, so juicy. The calamari and fried yuca dish was so good. Real cuts of calamari and great flavors all around. Short staffed but still great service.
