The staff at Papa Johns pizza in Brighton are pretty amazing. They are super nice, helpful, and accommodating when something is not right. I love my local independent pizza chains for sure. But not many pizza places are open past 10pm in Brighton. And this Papa John's has come to the rescue on days when we are too tired to cook dinner. Or during backyard parties or kids birthday parties when we need 10 pizzas to refill the food table in short notice. Been ordering from this franchise store for over 15 years. We ordered (first time ever here) large cheese pizza with jalapeno topping (alfredo sauce) - takeout. The pizza was awful(ly salty. It was not the jalapenos but probably was cheese or alfredo (or both). Could not tolerate beyond a slice. When I called and complained about this they thanked me for feedback without a semblance of regret (the guy who took the call simply feigned he works there and thata manager was absent: I suspect he is the mgr). This is the most unprofessional and discriminatory experience I have ever had at any business in the United States. At this Papa John’s location, the same employee has repeatedly targeted me with racist and hostile behavior. He ignores my greeting every time, looks at me with clear disgust, delays my orders on purpose, and treats other couriers respectfully while treating me like I do not belong here.
