It’s unfortunate that I have to leave such a low rating for a Haitian-owned restaurant. I’ve been supporting this establishment for over a decade, but unfortunately the quality of service has seemingly declined. We placed an online order for traditional entrées that included protein with rice and beans. Due to severe food allergies, we intentionally avoided items containing flour/gluten. After placing the order online, we also called the restaurant to confirm everything, and the staff assured us they could fulfill the order exactly as requested. Slow service. I ordered a simple glass of wine and the lady bartender was rude and carried on a conversation for 5 minutes before serving mr. The conversation she was having with a co worker wasn't important at all. When I was ready to cash out the same server disappeared for a while.
