10/10 amazing job. I order catering every two weeks for my company and this is the first time we ordered from Cane's. Everything was completely ready and fresh as soon as I got there. They helped me take it to my car and I was out of there in 5 mins or less. All of the food was delicious and nothing was missing. This was one of the best catering experiences I've had so I wanted to make sure there is some recognition. This Canes has a great team!! Thanks guys!

We took our choir to Cane’s for lunch after our contest and had a wonderful experience! The Cane’s team was efficient and welcoming while accommodating our group. Food came out fresh and quick. A team member also brought around some canes-themed goodies for the students (scrunchies, sunglasses, stickers, etc) and they loved it!

They literally charged me twice. The first charge of $31.84 I paid with one of their employees that was outside taking orders. Then to get up to the window for the young lady to say it didn’t go through. She charged me the second time. I showed her and another young man my account information that clearly shows they charged me twice. He stated I should have my money refunded in 24 hours. I go back up there because still no refund they hand me a piece of receipt paper with a website on it to try and get my refund back. How inconvenient is that for me when they conveniently took my money. On top

Thank you Samantha at corporate for making it right by apologizing and sending us gift cards Absolutely terrible stale soggy food. Texas toast wasn’t even toasted, lettuce was rotten. Dillion refused to replace or refund, he refused to give us corporate info, he also said a manager made our food but refused to us the managers name.
