I’ll start by saying it wasn’t a bad experience, but there are a few things I’d like to note. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger, a drink, a Chicken Cobb Salad, and a side of guacamole. Starting with the positives: they gave me my drink and order number quickly, and took my order in a timely manner. When the food arrived, it was hot. I came in to pick up my mobile order and unfortunately the computer system had gone down at this location. It's not the fault of the people working there, but they are absolutely working their tails off trying to take care of everyone. So polite and apologizing everywhere. I really commend them for doing such great work in a stressful situation. There's a lady that looks like the manager or shift leader, her name is Diamond, and she is doing incredibly well.

I used the drive thru this evening to grab dinner for my family. Three adults. I ordered, paid, and left only to find that when I got home to Coweta I was missing an entire meal of my order (chicken sandwich and large fry). I called right away and the manager questioned my order and reported he made it and didn’t know where it went. He asked for a receipt which I did not have other than the one on the bag. I stopped at the Whataburger @ 7am to get an order of pancakes and a salad that was pre ordered through their app. First I had to wait like 10 min, which is fine, I had to pull up past the window and someone brought out my food. I asked the person where my salad was, they said "it was in the bag" when it clearly wasn't. They went back inside for a few min and returned to ask me for my reciept... I gave it to them, they went back inside. I sat there for another 15 min!! Finally they came back out to tell me sorry the person making my order just didn't see that ordered a salad, I said "okay wher
