The last several times - and I eat CFA multiple times a week - that I have been here the experience has been an absolute disaster from a pick up perspective. I waited 20+ minutes today after placing a mobile order well ahead of time for 2 meals. Normally I'd chalk up to a one off but this has been my experience at this location every time almost since January. I actually will go out of my way moving forward to go to any other location. If you don't have capacity to serve curbside pick up just turn it off.

My husband and I order salads from this Chick-fil-A on a regular basis and 80% of the time something is wrong with the order, or items are left out of our bag. We have never experienced such mediocre service from a Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing!

I like to go to this restaurant location because it is near the place I get my spray tan. Even though there isn’t a drive-thru, I typically use the curbside feature to have them bring it to my car. I placed an order tonight for curbside, paid for it, parked and immediately received a message that I was “unable to check in” at this location. I called them, they told me that they didn’t see my order in the system, and they instructed me to come inside. I inwardly groaned. I wasn’t wearing a bra. Food was good. Fresh fries were perfectly salted. Customer service was not fully up to the standards of Chick-fil-A but it wasn't horrible either. The atmosphere definitely could have been better and the parking lot was horrible
