Always love Chopt. Usually go to the one in TOCO shopping center. But ended up at Brookhaven location. Ordered on a kiosk. They forgot my chicken. When an already 9 dollar salad, turns into a 14 dollar salad because you add chicken, you gotta make sure the protein get added. And I came on break for work, so I can’t even go back to resolve the issue. What a let down. Order number 367 on 5/21

I appreciated the clean & welcoming atmosphere. This was my 1st experience at a location with a kiosk station, which was nice since we didn’t have to wait in line at all. Our order was ready very quickly without any mistakes. The female employee named Cash delivered great customer service with a smile. I think she may have been a manager. We will definitely return to eat here again. An overall A+ experience.

Staff named Cash was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Everything came out quickly and as expected, except the steak was a bit chewy. Wish the ordering process were simpler, like choosing what you like from a bar, not from a tablet. Bathrooms were clean.
