Meal #1 - Zero sauce on Firecracker tofu. Just dry tofu is tasteless. Missing dipping sauce, missing silverware. Meal #2 - Completely wrong meal, our order was crossed out on the receipt and we have no idea what the staff plated.

I had left a five star stellar review for this place a little over a month ago. Wow, what happened in a month? I frequent this restaurant often, and usually the one girl working at night is amazing, but tonight was a completely different story. The portly gentleman with the dreadlocks working tonight was cleaning the dining room and completely ignored me. The place is super clean, the food is outstandingly fresh (literally the shrimp is PERFECT), and the General Manager Kenny is an absolutely great employee and asset to the company. I know it’s “fast food” but it’s people like him that makes the experience meaningful and sweet. I live close to the DT location in Minneapolis…. But honestly I’m going to come to this one more just to say hi to Kenny. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Keep up the excellent work because I’m sure it’s rubbing off on those around you. :-)

DoorDash driver seems to have left with half our order and I called just to check if they had forgotten the bag and the GM here Kenny had me come by and set me up with a fantastic meal. Kenny if you read this thank you man and also I gotta say even the short time I was in there you seem like a fantastic leader and boss. Never change my man!
