Bad management! 1/ There was no toilet papers. The store wasn’t even busy. 2/ I ordered an Avocado snow with boba. There was no boba. I asked a boy behind the counter, he couldn’t even careless to respond, “Your order doesn’t come with boba”. I confronted him that in the picture and the order stated there should be boba. Then he shortly said, “We’re actually out of boba”. The drink tastes watery and flavorless. Please train your employees. It was the picture of drink with the front of the store vs the drink they advertised. 2 stars because I love their popcorn chicken.

Did NOT Honor their own stamp card for a free drink. The card did not have an expiration date nor any other terms deemed unusable. Store just told me they no longer accept it. This is false advertisement and protected under consumer protection laws.

I used to come here all the time before I moved to Texas. I loved their boba as they always made it right and were friendly. I recently just moved back to Minnesota and was really craving some boba so why not go to my favorite spot. I go and I order a banana milk tea with tapioca boba and light ice. I had a punch card that was full so I was going to use it for a free drink. The girl said they no longer do the punch cards so I paid without a problem. I get my boba tea and there is no boba in it. I try it and it was made with green tea and gross. This really disappointed me, I tried to drink it

I was craving for a vietnamese coffee. I ordered a "large" one on the kiosk. When they called my name for it, It was in a large cup, but felt really light. I walked back and asked the worker "Is it supposed to be like this?" She says: "It only comes in an 8oz" Well why is there an option for large on the kiosk that charges you an extra dollar then? AND I PRETIPPED A DOLLAR. Didn't have time to deal with it. Had to go, got a better coffee somewhere else. Don't go here. All the workers were like teenage girls just giggling and not even being attentive to the customers.
