Very fast and friendly service. The Greek Salad had fresh ingredients and was a value for rhe portion size. It is cool to sit out and watch the planes take off and land. Beautiful mountain views. I will be back. So many other menu items looked amazing.

I’m a flight student at metro airport, Blue Sky Bistro is my go-to after nearly every flight lesson. I’ve tried many of the breakfast and lunch items and they have all been great. Excellent airport views. Quick service and friendly staff as well. Will definitely keep coming here!

Not a bad place to go and watch the planes and get a quick bite. Looking forward to returning to try the BBQ. The breakfast sandwich was good, $9 good, maybe not, but it is what it is. While there, a plane just stopped in front of the gate, guys got out and went in to order.

The food? SO GOOD!!! The atmosphere: The views are amazing! The atmosphere is chill and the owners are friendly and welcoming. It’s open to the public and it’s a cool little spot to hang and enjoy watching the planes traveling in and out of RMMA. When you have a chance, definitely check it out.
