Ok. I gotta leave an honest one here. The food is absolute. Their Green Beans have a flavor that makes ur mouth water. Everything was great. I bought 2 buckets 6 sides and 14 biscuits. The chicken was a tad soggy on the skin. But tasted so so good. My large family ate everything on their plates, had extras, and we still have plenty of left overs. The large sides are big enough to get the job done, and taste good enough to get the stubborn ones to eat a few healthier options. Like corn, and the green beanies. This type of family treat keeps everyone quiet and together, a rare sight.

Was just there just before 8 pm on Monday. There was only 2 employees working and claimed they were out of almost everything. Then the excuse was that the other shift didn’t take anything out of the freezer…really? Do better!

This KFC is probably the worst chicken I've had in a long time and it didn't even look like they cared. Tasted like it was sitting under a lamp for many hours and maybe even reheated in oil. Pieces were very small and the meat was dry. My expectations were much higher than the employees. I love kfc chicken. Was a severe disappointment. I will still visit KFC, but not this one on NE Cap. Probably go to Popeyes if this is my only choice.

In such a rush to take my order and get me thru the empty line and forgot a spoon or napkins for a meal ....to go. Yes I know I can manage ...not the point. Slow down and get it right please.
