Horrible service! Bad pizza. They gave us the wrong pizza. Told us we had to bring back the one they messed up, so we did. We live 10 miles out of town, so it ended up being 40 miles just for bad pizza. We spent almost $30. Then we had to explain to our very upset children why we had to take it back and get a new one. When we asked about composition for our extra gas and time, we were completely ignored. They didn't even offer to allow us to have the one they made in error. With Domino's and Pizza Hut both within less than half a mile away, you'd think they would do better. Unaccepta

I stopped by today and my total was $6.77. I paid $20.80, and the employee gave me $14 back, saying they didn’t have pennies. That means I was shorted $0.03. I understand running out of coins happens, but in that situation, the total should be rounded in the customer’s favor not the store’s. It’s only a few cents, but it’s about fairness and basic customer service. Hoping management addresses this so it doesn’t keep happening.

12/17/25 @ roughly 9:30. We ordered 3 bags of crazy bread and pizza for the family (we love the crazy bread, pretty much the only reason we ordered from here) to have for dinner. We picked up and they gave us the pizza and a plastic bag that was tied shut, we asked to make sure there were 3 marinara sauces in the bag. The lady told us there were. We paid and got home and opened the plastic bag to realize there WERE 3 marinara sauces but only 2 bags of crazy bread. I called back to ask if maybe they had just run out and forgot to tell us there were only 2 bags in there, after checking the recei
