The cashier seemed nervous and confused; perhaps it was lack of experience, or maybe a construction workers appearance. After picking up the to go order, the request for condiments was made. Followed by a what? After repeating the request for ketchup and mustard, then had to ask for plastic ware. Followed by a what? Utensils, napkins, a fork please. ..oOH surprisingly the youth responded. Apologized, she did. We visit this Bob Evans every few months, and we’re always greeted warmly and seated quickly. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Today, I ordered the Rise & Shine burger with fries, which comes with hash browns, American cheese, bacon, and a fried egg. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were great. I also had the fresh brewed peach iced tea and enjoyed four refills, but was only charged for one.
