After a long drive to this location, meeting the girl in the window was rude and she purposely gave me a 2pc instead of a 3pc! She rushed me when I was trying to decide what I wanted to order. I could feel the prejudice vibes. While she was prepping my food, I could hear the other workers complaining about having to work. I wouldn't trust food from here. They food poison. I didn't even eat my food after checking the reviews. I threw it all away and I won't ever come back to this location! Hire some better workers that have some dignity and customer service experience! 9:45pm

I ordered 2 orders of chicken meals and mentioned I wanted a family sized okra. She gave me the okra in large. I gave it back and said I asked for a family size okra. She came back with the family size, I inspected, they wasn't fresh and hot, but warm. I returned it and said these are not fresh. I was asked to park were the dumper was so they can make a fresh batch. They looked the same as the first. Hard and looked like they refried them . When I would come the okra would be nice and fresh and crispy. Looked like they was cooked on old oil. I had to go to Chicken Express for fresh and bette

Staff was busy busy getting ordered out but we're very polite. Food was well done and hot when it was boxed. The small family in the back seemed to be having a wonderful lunch together. Other person seem to just having a good lunch. Things just seemed to be going right .

10/23/2025 This is the absolute worst chicken I have ever gotten from here. Usually Churches is my go to but not this time. I placed an order to go with the legs and thighs meal, 10 piece. Every single piece of chicken had no flavor, was completely dried out as though it was old, just didn't look appetizing. Tasting it unfortunately was worse. The spicy 5 piece strips looked like they hadn't hardly been cooked at all with very little seasoning. I think it will be a while before ordering again. Churches is the absolute best in my book so long as it's hot and fresh, Yum with a capital Y!!!
