I ordered a Spicy chicken combo but got something else. Didn't like the taste of it and hadn't checked the box till I got home. But other than that they were so nice and attending, definitely coming back but checking my food before I leave next time.

Quick and efficient service, good food. Stopped by here after a long and hot day at Universal Studios for my family and I. I put in a mobile order for the drive through. There were about three cars ahead of us by the staff moved through them with proper effort. When we got to the window it took maybe one whole minute to get our food. That is excellent. The food was fresh, properly made and the order correct. The people working March 26 2026 around 830 pm are truly good at their jobs. A+ experience.

The food could of been hot. Plus the staff and the manager could of been friendlier. Plus i was very disappointed when i ask fod jack antenna ball and they dint have anymore. Went to a couple of them and no one seem to have anymore. So i just gaved up on it and last time i will eat at any jack in the box. Plus i had ask for a order a pancakes and this is what i got 🙄😡
