We came on Friday night. I think it was after dinner and before karaoke so we were seated right away. The ambiance is really nice with a stone wall texture and wooden pillars. The food was excellent! We started with Persian bread. This was yummy! Crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. We tried a fried sushi roll next. The sushi had a fresh and high quality ingredient wrapped in a crispy fried tempura. The Cornish hen was pressed and pan fried to a delicious combination of crispy and juicy. I had a wonderful experience at Ethno Restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious everything tastes authentic and full of flavor. I especially want to highlight our server, Nurbek. He did an excellent job! Very attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure we were comfortable and helped us with great recommendations. His service really made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Such an amazing restaurant! The plov is incredibly flavorful, the chebureki are crispy and delicious, and the beef shashlik is perfectly cooked. Everything we ordered was excellent. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I also often order food for pickup from here, and everything is always just as fresh and delicious.
