This is one of my favorite properties in all of Buffalo. The architecture of the building is truly fascinating and a work of art. The Statler Hospitality & Douglas Development teams are top notch and host great events here, and are working to restore the entire building to it's former full beauty.

Such a beautiful building with so much history. I mean the place is just stunning. The staff we came in contact with were all incredible and so accommodating and professional! Plus the live falcon cam? Come on! I have such a deep appreciation for these people who work so hard to make the events here wonderful! Special shout-out to Angelina she’s everything you could want in a point of contact and more! 10/10 would recommend.

Two stars for Easter brunch, one for the venue and another for the mimosas. I rarely write bad reviews, but I hope this gets the attention of a higher up so some changes can be made. The venue is really beautiful and well maintained, but beyond that almost everything was disappointing. Poor service that seemed very uncoordinated. Food was incredibly mediocre. Watered down Diet Coke. A lot of small things that add up and contribute to a bad overall experience.
