I’ve been here a handful of times and every time I’ve had a pleasant experience. The food is your typical bar/pub food but it’s actually pretty good. Great selection of beers on tap and they’re always ice cold. I’ve played pool here before and the tables are clean and very well maintained. More so, their customer service is top notch - there was a tab/credit card mix up with another table (honest mistake) but the way the staff and manager handled the situation was class act. I went to Fantasia for the first time last night with friends who come here often, and I can definitely see why, it was a great experience from start to finish. First, every staff member I encountered was genuinely welcoming and attentive. Our server, Sid, really stood out and made the night even better. Fantasia Billiards in downtown Burbank is a straight-up lifesaver, especially when the entire city decides to go to sleep like it’s a retirement village. This is literally the ONLY place open till 1 AM in the whole freaking downtown. Respect. When everything else is dark, locked, and useless, Fantasia is still there like a loyal soldier.
