Me and my friends came to this Islands recently, my friends had decided to eat here and ordered fries between them to start, I have eating restrictions and could not eat here and brought in my own meal. When I joined my friends with my food a manager came over and admonished us because I had outside food and my friends because they currently only had ordered fries and said that them having ONLY ordered fries was a “liability”because I had outside food like having ordered more would have not made it a “liability” and said that normally he would ask us to leave but “decided to give us a pass”. I'd much rather visit an ISLANDS before I go to Denny's or IHOP. I’ve been to Islands in the SGV, in Arizona, and at this Burbank location and it never fails. Islands is consistent, down to the Hawaiian decor and great service at each restaurant. I always get a big burger, and I was browsing reviews on the red splat review site where someone recommended getting the endless CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP on cold days. Bottomless fries and their fry seasoning are a must. This last time I went I enjoyed happy hour special nachitos, a chili cheeseburger, and my go-to Diet Coke. I really appreciated all

Visited for birthday dinner & it was good. My boyfriend ordered the Malibu burger and it was 5/5, I should’ve ordered instead of island nachos. I think they could’ve put a little more chicken for the amount of nachos they give but they were good so I’m not mad. Flights were a little too strong. I enjoyed 2/4, maybe because I’m not a drinker like that though so I enjoyed the mangonada drink! The woman that brought us our food had amazing customer service and was very polite ❤️ (Didn’t get her name 😒)
