Ive been coming to this location and it’s been great, but today I had a negative experience. I came to the drive thru this afternoon and my snow cone was doused with syrup to the point where it was not palatable..and didn’t have the “top” because of all the syrup. We have been frequenting this location for the past few weeks because we love the Tigers Blood Piccadilly. Today my husband brought two home for my daughter and I. This is not intended as a rant, but as a genuine review from a father who visited with two children and waited patiently in line for approximately 30 minutes for two snow cones. During that time, several people in front of us and behind us chose to leave because the service was moving so slowly. The issue did not appear to be a lack of effort by the staff, but rather that the location seemed understaffed, undertrained, and under-equipped to handle expected summertime demand. I am so disappointed with the customer service my family and I received at Bahama Bucks in Burleson on NW Summercrest. I ordered 3 small sno’s with ice cream and a yogurt bowl. When I get to the window to pay I asked the young man if the ice cream was in all three sno”s, his response was I think so. So I drove off and, if you have ever had a Bahama bucks you know it takes a little bit to get to the center where the ice cream is.
