I kept seeing this location, and decided to swing by since I was familiar with the colony location.......when I say this one is AWESOME!!!! I had then lean cut brisket, and it was tender & MOIST! the ham was just as good! The Manager at the time was Blake and he made sure to let him know if he needed anything, if I keep this up ill need a forklift to carry me out! (Lol) the waitstaff was the best as well, very helpful and ready to assist!!!! Im going to have to make the trip back over here!!! You all ROCK💯!!!

Holy Cow!!! I smell good!! I smell like Bbq!! Finger licken good food!!! Love the brisket and ribs. Jalapeño cheese sausage was bomb!! Next time, trying the baked potato with brisket. It looked so good..... and put that with the southern hospitality, I loved it!!!

We brought our out-of-state clients here to experience real Texas BBQ, and Hard Eight BBQ did not disappoint. The pork ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the brisket was incredibly juicy and moist. Our clients said this was the best BBQ they have ever had, and they absolutely loved the Texas experience.
