Finally tried Tuna Kahuna in downtown Burlingame and honestly their bowl was BEAUTIFUL, like super super aesthetic presentation, and thankfully it tasted just as good as it looked. I got the Ginger Scallion Bowl, mainly tuna, salmon, cucumber and ginger over rice. The bowl is very light and fresh, probably because there's no mayo or any creamy sauces are used, only ponzu sauce. The only creamy thing in my bowl was probably the cured egg yolk, and it's tasty thankfully. Fish quality was good, I mean just take a look at my photos and see how fresh the fish is. The co-owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous — he even gave us two extra bowls of soup just because of his hospitality. You can tell these people genuinely care about their customers.
