This place is not good. Wait time in drive thru is awful. Waited to pull up enough to talk in mic, but still heard a lady trying to take my order. When I get there, nothing for 5 to 10 minutes. Line one was sure moving. Just pulled away. Garbage!!

The manager named Mont goes over & beyond giving Excellent dedicated customer service. When my on line order was accidentally messed up I spoke with Mont & he apologetically wanted to get my order right the next time. I came back up the next day and he corrected my order and then some and kept his word! Managers like him are hard to find so I hope that the owners of this company recognize what a very good manager that they have with him being there! I was tempted to give a two-star rating after waiting 15 minutes parked in the drive through- I saw at least three cars leave the line due to the slow service; however when I recieved my order the modifications I had made where accurate, and they hooked me up with a water cup without hesitation. I could tell my food had been waiting a while because the onion rings in my steakhouse whopper were soggy, but the temperature of the food was still acceptable. I wonder if the wait was due to an unruly customer or if they're short-staffed.

Ordered delivery on 4/24, never received my order. The manager and employee were both extremely rude when after multiple hours of not getting any delivery, they refused to remake an order claiming I already had it. This was in spite of me ordering through the BK app, not Doordash, and the manager basically saying it's not their problem and they would not remake the order. There was literally 4-5 different drivers that were assigned and the last one even agreed that BK was not providing great service. I'll never order through the BK app again, and I'll never go through this location. Extremely
