IHOP has been one of my favorite places for breakfast, but this time I had a bad experience. The service from our waitress was just so-so, but at the end—for some unknown reason—she didn't come back to give us the check; someone else did! I don't know if it was the manager or another waitress, but she practically threw the bill at us. We had intended to leave a cash tip, but she had already added an 18% gratuity; she didn't ask us—she just walked up and tossed it down! Honestly, we hadn't planned on leaving an 18% tip because the service wasn't that great. I'm attaching a photo of what happene

The food was great and drinks were fresh. The issue i had was seeing customers sitting up front waiting to be checked in for more then 10 minutes when the location wasn't busy at all. Maybe 5 tables occupied at most.

Easy parking. Clean and well lit. Fast and attentive service. Average price. I had dinner today - chicken breast with broccoli and a side salad. Very good. Lisa was a good server, She knew the menu well and gave good suggestions.

The owner of this IHOP needs to address staff behavior immediately. After dining here since 2019, my family and I will not be returning. We are a family of six and all ordered different meals. The waitress did not confirm the order and brought the wrong food. When I asked for what I actually ordered, she walked away and did not come back for 20 minutes—until everyone else had finished eating. When she returned, she threw the receipt on the table and left.
