Thanks to the night shift & supervisor that thought it was HILARIOUS to serve old, hard, over cooked cookies. I called and asked to speak with a manager. A Hispanic woman answered and pretended to be the manager when I asked for one and then hung up in my face. The night shift at this place keeps the title for unprofessionalism.

These guys can’t figure out how to make a cheeseburger without onions. It’s almost impressive how consistently they mess up in this regard. The last four times I’ve ordered some sort of cheeseburger without slivered onions, they’ve served me a burger with onions. And one of these times, they re-made the burger and, surprise surprise, more onions. Breakfast is fine; it’s one of the few stores that offers a Chicken McGriddle. Outside of that, I think it’s time to say GG to McD’s once the clock hits 10:30AM.

This place makes a habit of forgetting to add items you've ordered. Two out of last four times here they forget to add things. No fries with your meal. Or maybe the fries and no sandwich with your meal. They are way too expensive to keep making these mistakes.

Order on the mobile app, told them my code at the drive-thru, they said they couldn’t find my order. I varied the address for the location and they confirmed I was at the correct spot. I showed them the app at the window to show my confirmation code and they just kept repeating that they could not find it, being extremely rude, and just stared at me when I asked how to go about a refund. This is the absolute worst service I have received ANYWHERE and the only thing that could have made it worse is if they called me a slur. Do NOT go to this location!!
