Updated post: The drinks and staff have improved. It can still take a while to get your order, no matter the amount (or lack) of customers. More importantly (to me), the drinks' taste and flavoring are more accurate. Original post: Mediocre biggby, the staff is alright, the food is alright. I order the same drink (at different biggby locations) and this one just never tastes great/right.

The Burton Biggby crew was so lovely to get coffee from. The POS system was down but it was not a big deal because the employees promptly fixed it and they had me smiling and laughing the entire time. What a great start to my morning!

Love me some Biggby. I can order a 24 oz Hot Caramel Marvel with almond milk and 1 extra shot of espresso because of the size. I don’t mind the extra flavor kick but you can always get a shot of Zip instead which is a flavorless caffeine boost. Don’t forget to keep the whipped cream. 😋 Also a good option is the frozen Caramel Mellow with extra drizzle (pictured below). They have a decent rewards program getting the 13th drink free. I’ll usually go all out and order the most expensive option. 😉 oh and they usually advertise BOGO in local circulars which is so convenient if you’re having a k
