Never returning after many issues but tonight baked the cake. Ordered little after 8pm for dinner for my family and it was VERY apparent no one in that kitchen was working or paying attention. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, only received 1. Both of the Quarter pounder deluxe with cheese had NO tomato’s, NO Lettuce except a bunch of onions. On one I counted over 6. 6!! Been through a couple times had no issues often friendly service, today I ordered a 20ct nugget they forgot one 10ct box which is no biggie just went back through to let them know they didn’t put my other 10ct again that’s no big deal and I was met with an attitude for no reason the older woman who I told that I was missing a 10ct all she said was “what sauce?” I responded that I was just missing a 10ct and she said in a very rude tone “I know, what sauce?” so again I said I already have my sauce and she just handed me my bag and didn’t say anything else and shut the window. I’ve lived here my whole life and this place goes more and more down hill everyday. I went in this morning and ordered 2 bagels and a hashbrown. They parked every car until there were no more spots to park anyone. Waited 10+ minutes for food but I don’t even mind waiting for food as long as you’re going to give me fresh food. Update Oct 3rd: Where is the owner of this place? Been in the drive through for 20 minutes, not a single car has moved. I just can't understand who is managing this place and why they are so incompetent. Get the owner in here and get it operating correctly. Losing money hand over fist on a Saturday night as cars are coming and leaving. Unfortunately I paid on the app and I'm stuck waiting. 30 minutes now no one has been served. Employee literally arguing with a customer in front of everyone for 10 minutes. Cold fries, didn't give us all our food, had to remind them. Missing sauce for nuggets.
