Spent probably 40 minutes in the drive thru line to find the ice cream machine down. Got a pitiful amount of my "large" curly fries, and was not given or offered any sauce for them Jack in the box is usually sad but this was especially disappointing

ordered LOADED tiny tacos, got charged for them, and i ended up getting plain tiny tacos multiple times in a row that i’ve been here. they also never have anything.. no stuffed jalapeños no onion rings and sometimes no sauces :/

They really need to rebuild this location from staff to food quality is all horrible, I ordered 2 apple sauces in my order the guy at the window says we don’t have any, so you can have more dipping sauces in exchange. I contacted Jack in the box about this and they have not responded it’s like this is okay for them to take your money and not deliver what you paid for. This review is really holding back all the horrible food I’ve gotten from this specific location , save a headache and go to willow st Jack in the box. They know how to represent Jack in the box.

This place deserves 5 starts simply because of how delicious their Oreo milkshakes are. Top notch. But i went recently and there was one car in front of me in the drive thru and it still took like 10 minutes to get through it. Also their regular fries were not fresh. Also their curly fries are super good. Get them.
