The carnitas torta is a standout — soft bread, juicy slow-cooked pork, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of salsa. Incredible authentic Mexican food! We tried the Birria wet burrito, tripas tacos, and al pastor torta, and every single one was spot on. The tripas were perfectly prepared, and the birria was so flavorful. Don’t skip the homemade salsa—it’s spicy, delicious, and clearly made fresh. Highly recommend!
