Beware if you order from the app. I ordered my food and ended up getting extra sauces that doesnt cost me anything in the app. I go to pick up my food and when I asked for my extra sauces she said I have to pay for them in store unless they wouldn't give them to me. She explained that the manager said to not give people the extra sauces they dont pay for in the app because of a glitch. Make sure you bring change with you or your card if you want the extra sauces because if you order them in the app they wont give them to you. I went there about 2 weeks ago and it wasn't a problem. 8-1-25 at 9pm-ish. I ordered two meals through a delivery service, Nuggets & a double quarter pounder. Nothing outrageous. The burger was pretty much raw. I reached out to McDonalds through their website, and received a prompt response referring me to the delivery service. The delivery service has nothing to do with the food not being properly cooked. When employees provide raw burgers to customers someone needs to step up and do a little training.

If you place a McDonald’s mobile order through the app, please make sure you get your receipt because they ended up parking me to the side. They had me waiting in 30 minutes and they couldn’t find my order and they was basically not trying to give me my $14 order because I didn’t have a receipt they were giving out people’s food in the drive-through while having 5 or 6 people wait on the side. I’m not understanding how y’all parking people on the side and not remember the orders.

I like this McDonald's because it is conveniently located for me.  I have to take just a bit longer drive than I would care to but that's just the way it's laid out around here. It's worth the trip, however, because the place is attractive.  They have an all new interior with most of the modern conveniences.  You can order from the web and that's great but I prefer to be in the restaurant to order.  I enjoy the new kiosks that McDonald's has been deploying but they don't have one in this venue. That's okay because the staff here is engaged and ready to take your order.  The menu has become c
