The basket was placed on the table and the smell of the spices were strong. Cajun seasoning usually consists of Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper and a few other spices. I am not 100% sure what the blend is that The Dek Bar uses, but they were perfect. The wings had a little bit of a crunch on the outside, tender on the inside and full of flavor.
