I love this place! I travel from Naperville. The best place around!'I have been going there for around 4 years. They have fresh homemade bagels,a variety of bagels and cream cheeses. They have a variety of item on there menu. I just seems they have homemade dog bones. There staff is great! Expect a long line in the morning on menu.

Nice people, but extremely mid bagels and cream cheese. Texture of the bagels were rubbery and weird and dry, and nothing seemed to have the flavor it was supposed to have. Way too much cream cheese with way too little flavor. They seemed like store-bought bagels but worse. I normally absolutely demolish a bagel but didn’t even finish these. Brought them home for our family and everyone seemed to agree.

This is the best bagel shop in the West Suburbs without a question. Second time visiting here and the bagel quality is top notch. Warm, chewy, soft, exactly what you hope for in a bagel. The team behind the counter is surprisingly cheerful and makes for a great overall experience. I was a bit dissatisfied today with one of my bagels, there was no question that it was old. However, stick to the classics and you’ll love this place.
