Today I went to GSC for the first time with my wife and daughter and had a pleasant surprise. A welcoming and spacious environment, pleasant music at a good volume, quiet, and most importantly, good service. The red-bearded guy was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I will return and I recommend it.

We stumbled Gray Squirrel after having lunch on the area and I’m glad we did. We knew it was our type of place when we saw the mural on the wall. When we walked in we loved the vibe. We ordered the Coconut Salted Caramel Latter with Expresso Foam and OMG! Love at first taste. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable that we will definitely come back for a visit when we are in the area. Oh and we bought doggie biscuits (house made) like all of their pastries. Up next on our visit…their handcrafted sodas. We would definitely recommend.

Great coffee, good food, all at a good price with wonderful service. Great spot to grab and go or hang out, though would like chairs with a back instead of just stools inside. They are remodeling and adding more space/seating so maybe? Already plenty of room, should be awesome when finished! Plenty of outside seating with chairs.

Attractive space and I appreciate their no tip policy. However, both times I have ordered a 12 oz latte (iced once, hot once), both the service and quality of the coffee was not good. It was not busy, and the baristas made it seem like me being there was an incovenience to them. Also, I don't know if they just haven't dialed in their shots well, but my lattes were SO milky both times with little color and little flavor. Keep in mind I am only ordering 12 oz, so the latte should not be overly milky. Nice space to sit and do work, but don't go if you want a really nice espresso beverage.
