The service here is just like in Mexico—relaxed and friendly, without that rushed feeling or the sense that they’ll stop paying attention if you don’t order right away. The food is excellent if you’re looking for great Tex-Mex. Everything from the eggs to the stews was delicious, especially with the fresh corn and flour tortillas made right there. I didn’t try the drinks this time, but I saw some massive micheladas and cocktails at other tables that looked amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

My favorite place disappointed me yesterday. I've been eating at this restaurant countless times for years. Yesterday was a horrible experience as you can see in the pictures, burnt tortillas, nachos seems like they were leftovers from a week couldn't be eaten and my special of the day wasn't any better. I was there last Sunday morning for a menudo and it was delicious.

If you want Mexican food, you gotta come here. As a tourist for me it couldn‘t get any more authentic and delicious 👨🏼‍🍳👌🏼 Also the price is more than reasonable. Had to come back for a second time on our tour through Texas. Tipico‘s is my favorit! ❤️

The last time I ate Tipico's it was at the NW Hwy location the OG sad to say I was disappointed the taste was not there so much I told my friends and co workers those who remembered how good their food was. One of my friends suggested I try FB location. I did let me just say The old Tipicos is back Baby!! The food at this location takes me back to Sunday mornings when the line was out the door and into the parking lot. From the authentic flavors to homemade flour tortillas the food was so good I had guiso de puerco in red sauce, my wife guiso de res green sauce my son and daughter mole. None o
