I usually really enjoy going to chipotle but the last handful of times it has been nothing but mediocre. Here is my order and here is my bowl. I just got home and mixed it and notice there is absolutely no guacamole - which comes with a veggie bowl that’s why it says no charge… since I get no protein option. Since when is a single soup “extra”. You can clearly tell the workers don’t care. It’s absolutely disappointing.

short caucasian woman with glasses (im guessing manager) was extremely rude and crass. we came in at around 4:18pm and she rushed us, threw the food together, got the order wrong, ignored the options we chose, corrected our english and acted as if though she was paying for put meal. i ordered a carnitas burrito and she gave me barbacoa without offering to correct. my burrito was wer and instantly fell apart. spent $100 and i did get $100 service. Very unprofessional, she was short with the black cook before she dealt with us and had the same attitude maybe even worst! I dont know if we are bla

This location is beyond bad! I've given it 3 chances, and that's 3 too many. The place is filthy. Look at the floors, entry door and windows. The food is cold and portions small compared to price. I've never met a friendly employee there. Negative reviews are NOT my style, but this place is not well managed. I've been to many Chipotle locations in different states and never an issue. Their current rating of 3.8 stars is too generous!

I am writing to report a highly disappointing customer experience at your establishment. When placing an in-person order for a veggie rice bowl, my instructions were completely ignored, and chicken was added to the dish. When I tried to politely point out the error to ensure the order was corrected properly, the server became defensive and rudely told me not to point at the food. The lack of attention to dietary preferences, combined with the hostile customer service, was entirely unacceptable.
