At the drive through the lady serving me at the window accidentally over filled my drink to the point it was pouring out of the top when she put the lid on. So she turned it sideways to pour off what had over filled. At this point there was soda running down all sides of the cup. I asked for a napkin to wipe it off. She rudely told me there were napkins in my bag. When I put the cup in my cup holder after wiping it off I tried to put the straw in. This made a bad situation even worse and soda pouted out from all sides of the lid filling my cup holder. I got her attention and asked for a new cu

Food was good and maybe I am being petty but I HATE that they have me pull forward and park to have my food brought out. I DO NOT CARE about your "window time" metric. Especially when I am the only one in line. The person comes out the back door and hands me my food. Just let me stay by the window and give it to me there. Sketchy as heck.

Im giving them one more star than I did last time. They missed one of my items and luckily I checked before leaving and not too much hassle. Glad I wasn't home 100 miles away when I discovered it, lol. Still, this interaction was a little smoother so they get an extra star. Original If you dare liking bbq sauce w your fries instead of ketchup, itll cost you 27 cents. Be cookie cutter and just eat ketchup like everyone else! The world needs more clones!

Its always so slow to get your food and when you do your fries are cold or the cheese tots are refried and taste burnt . 9 times out of 10 the forget a part of your order. One time they only gave us 4 cheese things out of an order of 8 when we went through the drive through and the mgr a little frail looking man with greasy balding hair and glasses was not going to replace them because we could've ate them on the way around. If you come to Casper avoid all the BKs . Pretty much the same all the way around.
