I'm highly disappointed in Taco Bell right now and I usually love that place. First I pulled up to the drive-thru to order the empanadas and I was very excited that they had come back but found out that they were out of them. That wasn't anyone's fault. Then I tried to order one of the box cravings meals and one of the items you select for it they also didn't have and I start to get irritated. Still wasn't blaming anyone though. I had a problem with the taco bell mobile app some glitch im the system never produced my order for the store to prepare but appeared im the transaction history after doing some investigating. The manager Kiana and her team especially the pink haired girl at the windows worked swiftly to recreate my order and deliver it to me fresh and ready to go! These guys care about their customers for real and I greatly appreciate after my long chaotic day prior to writing this. Thank you for having ung good workers!!!

Go here almost daily (unhealthy, i know), but the service is fast and my order has yet to be wrong. I do have some gripes with the outside flatbread of the Gordita being stale half the time, but that's the case with every taco bell. Writing mainly to mention the wonderful lady at the drive-thru this morning. Great energy, and had me wanting to come back again. I left in a great mood. Very rare I enjoy random social interactions.

This was unpleasant but I can't blame the employees. The drive thru intercom was not working properly causing discomfort with staff probably due to ineffective repairs. We were forced to go in and were treated nicely. I'll give it another try then attempt a new update - hopefully a redeeming 5-star!
