STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Let's start with my order issues... My "ultimate breakfast sandwich" was smashed as if it was stepped on. The ham was like chewing on a rubber tire. The cheese could have been mistaken for plastic. The hash brown was raw.... We also ordered hot honey chicken strips. But, we received cold chicken strips with no sauce. I also had to ask the employee to give me back my credit card, twice... I guess ill be monitoring my bank account for a while. I once worked as a contractor for Jack in The Box. This location for travelers... One of thee best orders I've had from JIB. 11 dollar munchies box- fresh curly fries, and cold ranch dressing, fresh ultimate cheese burger, fresh tacos, diet coke was on point. The 2 person team was jamming out drive thru orders. Guy in front of me ordered 30 tacos. My order was out in just a matter of minutes, his tacos were about 3/4's done being made.

The food is as expected…. Fast food. The biggest area of opportunity is not actually being open when they say they are OPEN…. we’ve shows up several times 30min to close & they will not serve us… change your hours of operation.

The burger was so greasy and looked like was reheated. The fries were greasy, very salty string fries. They weren't even crispy. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and even explained what it was. The attendant gave me a lemonade. I think they were more interested in what they were listening to in their earbuds than selling a good product. It was a big disappointment. I won't ever be going there again. I will go out of my way to tell people I know about this experience. Don't waste good money on this garbage.
