This is hands down the SLOWEST Peets I've ever been to. The past at least 10 times I've gone here, I've ordered ahead using the mobile app and it's never ready. And not by a few minutes, like 10-15 minutes. Just on Friday, I went to pick up a mobile order and since they're always slow, I went 10 minutes after the app showed it should be ready. Thankfully it was but I've learned to order any food when I get there because otherwise, they'll make the food first and it will just sit and get cold while they take forever to make my drink. Peet’s Coffee – Expected More I was really looking forward to visiting Peet’s because I actually enjoy their coffee beans at home. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The coffee was good, but not amazing—I'd compare it to an average Starbucks. The barista seemed professional, but overall, it just felt like something was missing.

Never been to a such a spacious Peet’s in East Bay, plenty of parking available in the lot, good ambiance. I order White Chocolate Mocha hot/cold depending upon the mood. A bit pricey than the regular coffee but worth the taste. I would recommend this location of business.
